Living life and spending life are two completely different aspects . If you want to love your life and live it fully there are certain areas you need to take care.

1. Meditate Daily

A body with chattering mind will always be tired, so it is indispensable to give yourself sometime to regain the energy you have lost during the course of the day doing mandatory tasks.

As our body needs some rest to charge itself likewise our mind needs sometime with its body to be aware of. During sleep the mind is still active and thus not in our control. To make it listen us and to increase our concentration we need to follow the exercise patterns understood by our mind and thus is the need for meditation.

So discipline yourself and find a quiet place in nature for everyday meditation session. Start with 15 min session and gradually increase the time.

Making yourself comfortable at the same time not choosing a lazy posture is very important during the course of mindfulness meditation. Thus lying down isn't the very good option as it could bring you to sleep. So be in seated position cross legged with your back straight , close your eyes and follow on deep breathing exercises with mindfulness.

Note: Avoid chakra balancing methodologies floating up the internet space till you find a rightful guru to guide you through it as it is very powerful and dangerous exercise to do without guidance.

But you can use guided sound meditation to keep yourself attentive during the session.

2. Exercise

Spending time with your body doing physical exercises each day will not only keep your body fit but also make your mind calm and energized.

This is a based on the basic principles of energies flowing up your spine that could affect your life patterns going ahead in your journey of life.

Exercise and meditation both stimulate various growth hormones, bowel movement, pituitary gland and many more thus benefiting both body and mind.

Pineal gland primarily also accepted by the name 'seat of soul' in spiritual terminologies also secretes DMT and Melatonin two most powerful ingredients during exercise and meditation.These hormones are responsible for making the magic happen in terms of connection to higher realms by opening the third eye chakra.

3. Watch What You Eat / Hear / See / Speak / Think

There is a popular saying "What goes around comes around !!".

Primarily speaking our monkey mind drives us to some temporary leisure that gives us immense pleasure at first but are not permanent and unfruitful. Thus we have to be aware of our actions and their reactions .

There are two states of our mind which exists simultaneously ie. conscious and subconscious.

Scientific study has proven that only 5% of our brain is in conscious state the other major part is subconscious.

Thus whatever we see/hear/think/eat/speak will result into an outcome as the same.

For an simple example when we eat junk food our belly is not constructed so as to digest that and thus we feel heavy and lazy .

Person should try and follow 'Ketogenic' and plant based diet(higher frequency foods) than animal and carbohydrate diet(lower frequency foods). Feeding on animal meat and processed food will in turn change our genetic component and bring in all emotions and illness of the animals we are consuming either consumed cooked or uncooked.

This idea has been proven by scientists that more tumors and cancer cell are found in the body of non vegetarians than vegetarians.

Now speaking of mind is when we think something bad is going to happen it feeds our subconscious mind and it happens.

As you must have read in magazines and books everything in this world is an energy vibrating at certain frequency. One should have high frequency energy floating inside him/her in order to achieve success and content in life.

The secret of attaining high frequency relies on these multiple factors , eating light and green organic food and keeping oneself away from junk and processed food will keep your bowel movement strong and healthy and thus help in keeping you more productive throughout the day. Keeping away from negative people and negative news and daily soaps will help keep your mind happy at all times.

Similar thoughts apply to what we speak , think and do , as we will progress in our lives we will see that all these are interrelated and nothing is detached and senseless in our lives.

4. Change Routine

Monotonous routines in lives are common construct and programs our mind to behave and adjust according to that , but this restricts out body and mind to boundaries. Our brain is a combination of such a complex structures that in order to work with its full potential it needs to break programs daily and construct new ones .

To elaborate more on this let me take you to some of the daily processes we follow,

During winter season our mind needs warm/hot water for bath , and we think if we have cold water shower we will fell ill. But have you thought over that people who are living in polar regions or high altitudes will ever be ill when they have such cold water bath . They wouldn't.

It is due to the fact that we have programmed our mind and body to adjust to a level of temperature , thus going beyond will make us uncomfortable.

But in this process we are making our body prone to unadaptiveness to climate changes. Hence we should always try and test out body and mind by changing our routines. It will not only prepare us for particular situations but will bring more excitement to our lives.

5. Don't Stay Idle

Our ancestors derived some useful tips from their experiences which scientists took as a challenge to come to conclusive facts on their authenticity.

One of them being 'An idle mind is devil's workshop'. You might have experienced that in night time while sleeping we see dreams which you can never imagine in our real life. We see different characters and different behaviors ; we don’t have control on our night dreams. When we are sleeping only our hind brain works and controls the necessary operations of our body. At that time we can’t think and create ideas. In psychological point of view we are controlled by our subconsciousness. Have you seen the insects sitting on an animal like dogs, cows while they are sleeping??And they hardly able to know about the insects sitting on them, similarly our subconsciousness totally enslaves our mind it operates as per its wish.Hardly it directs good thoughts.If our mind becomes idle and is not engaged in any activity,thoughts and intellects then as a sleeping brain it will be totally controlled by our subconsciousness and will play with us and supply destructive ideas…It will pretend like we are controlled by our mind to assure it’s work to be done successfully. That’s why it is called “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop”….

Has it ever occurred to you why is that always when we see our favorite talk show or any movie there are sudden change in our mood and attitude. It is due to the fact that during that time our body secretes hormones dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin which are responsible for making us feel happy and contented and thus our mind starts to ask for more of that content.

In earlier days people used achieve this by spending time on their passions and tried to gain pleasure out of those, but nowadays as internet is quite handy and there are distractions all over ; people spend enormous time seeing favorite shows on TV and doing unproductive surfing through social networking sites , but not to forget these pleasures are temporary and non beneficial thus not lead to success in achieving life goals.

One should under stand that time is precious and they need to stay away from such temporary leisure activities.

6. Stay Calm

This point is quite debatable though but I needed to keep this among the top.

Most of the people would claim that being in calm state is not possible always and it all depends on situation how one responds.

But nonetheless no one can deny the fact that one can handle a tough situation best when his mind is not panicking.

It is achievable through meditation quite easily and effortlessly.

Sometimes the person knows that his temperament has landed him into trouble in so many situations and knows that if he were calm enough the battle would be easy, but still he cannot control his emotions. This can be achieved via concentrating the mind to deep breaths or diverting mind by counting numbers or drinking/splashing cold water.

Anger not only shoots blood pressure but brings in various emotional and psychological changes that could affect our subconscious mind unknowingly thus harming us in great deal .

7. Avoid Negative Energies

It happen sometimes that when we visit a room full of people we feel as if there is something wrong with the place or something is quite weird. This indication is not worthless and requires your utmost attention as your instinct or your subconscious warns you that the room is full of negative vibes and thus you should avoid going inside.It is the conversation patterns of the members present in the room that has really impacted the energies of the room.

You must have observed and heard from various people that stay away from that guy or girl as he is not good as otherwise you will become like him.

So staying away from such people will be rude at first but will save you from consuming their negative vibrations that could affect your life by great deal.

As famous quote says "Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people". Hence keep yourself away from all sorts of gossips and always judge before coming into conclusion as that will narrow down the scope for confusion.

8. Help Without Expecting Anything In Return

This trait is difficult to attain, but is most powerful and can bring you anything you want in life. Helping others selflessly; many people can do that but expectations comes involuntarily with package.

There is one universal rule of give and take. Universe has given us a lot that we cannot compensate but in return it demands something out from us in terms to help others .This rule is concrete and no one can break it , hence if you are not willing to contribute in this chain , universe anyways will take what belongs to it.

Therefore we should see universe as a tree with branches as multiple worlds with leaves being people .If we do not contribute to the tree as a whole by preparing food for it and just think of ourselves we will never flourish as we are just a tiny part in that mighty tree incapable of surviving independently.

So is the case with life taking part in wellness of others will make our lives in turn happy and tasteful.

9. Be Creative And Observe Everything Around You

"Be alone, that is the secret of invention; be alone, that is when ideas are born.” – Nikola Tesla.

People will forget the names but inventions and ideas will last forever.

Give yourself some alone time and replenish your childhood to bring back the talent you have rusted on the course of time .

Scientists have proved that creative thinking involves both parts of the brain therefore one could expect a lot of satisfaction involved in creating something by our own which should necessarily not be bookish and not tied to any strings.

This will not only broaden up your mind but also bring in new ideas that will allow your brain to think in different directions and judge the possibilities and act on it.

These session need not involve intensive and complex ideas to act upon but be as simple as making some craft , writing a book, planning a business.
